$28.20 - $38.46 an hour

What you will do

• Build campaign timelines and schedules of deliverables to share internally and with clients
• Ensure internal stakeholder approvals for creative assets
• Communicate internal and external feedback through Airtable
• Perform QA to ensure deliverables meet company standards and branding guidelines
• Review project management software to track task completion, quality checks, and closure
• Provide accurate project estimates and collaborate with teams to achieve campaign objectives
• Participate in client calls, meetings, and brainstorming sessions while maintaining attention to detail

Requirements

• Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Availability M-F 9am-6pm PST
• 3-5 years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in project management software

Nice to have

• Experience in the social media space, preferably in an agency environment
• Experience with Airtable, Slack, and Google Sheets
