TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager, Health Systems (South Florida): Actively sell AI-driven precision diagnostic solutions for heart disease to high-value hospitals in a defined territory with an accent on prospecting new business, cross-selling expansions, and closing deals. Focus on developing account strategies, negotiating contracts, delivering presentations, and meeting quarterly revenue goals in a high-travel hunter role.

Location: Must be located in South Florida. Territory: Georgia, Alabama, Florida. 70%+ travel required.

Base Salary: $140,000 - $150,000. Commission: $150,000. TTC: $290,000 - $300,000.

What you will do

  • Actively sell to high-value hospital portfolio in assigned territory as a hunter position.
  • Prospect and develop new business, identify cross-selling and expansion opportunities.
  • Develop account strategies and pipelines to meet quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Deliver proposals, position pricing, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently.
  • Collaborate with strategy, customer success, provider sales, and clinical teams for account conversion.
  • Provide presentations, trainings, sales reports, and represent at industry conferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5-8 years customer-facing sales to Health Systems (Medical Device, Medtech SaaS), min 3 years closing
  • Experience managing high-value accounts through high-touch partnerships
  • Track record of strong customer service, conveying complex concepts, negotiating, and gaining consensus
  • Ability to work independently, cross-functionally across geographies and time zones
  • Excited about and committed to hirify.global's mission

Nice to have

  • Experience in startup environment
  • Digital health and SaaS/SaMD sales experience
  • CRM systems and advanced data analytics tools
