TL;DR

Regional Account Manager (Healthcare SaaS): Manage executive relationships and drive client retention and growth for AI-powered medication management platform with an accent on consultative strategies, renewals, and value expansion. Focus on identifying upsell opportunities, securing referrals, and aligning client goals with platform capabilities in health plans and risk-bearing providers.

Location: Remote within the United States; must live in and be eligible to work in the US. Required to attend on-site meetings multiple times per year. Travel up to 20-30%.

Salary: $170,000 - 180,000/year

What you will do

  • Become an expert on hirify.global’s platform, services, and value proposition.
  • Own a defined client load, managing executive relationships to achieve strategic business goals.
  • Develop consultative account strategies, close multi-year renewals, and ensure 100% client retention.
  • Identify innovative ideas for long-term client value and grow relationships year-over-year with at least one referral annually.
  • Assess market opportunities, prioritize potential customers, and build pipeline through cross-sell/upsell.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years in sales/client management in healthcare, preferably health plans, risk-bearing providers, PBMs
  • Proven track record exceeding quota in hyper-growth tech organization
  • Strong knowledge of health plans, risk-bearing providers, CMS Stars, and affordability strategies
  • Experience building pipeline, prospecting enterprise deals, and managing long-term partnerships
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for complex contracts with executives
  • Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States; ability to pass background check
