What you will do

• Connect Design, Real Estate, and suppliers to bring projects to life
• Negotiate competitive deals across FF&E, Hard Costs, and OS&E
• Run tenders from start to finish and keep them on track
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers
• Manage contracts, renewals, and work with Legal on agreements
• Oversee multiple projects and locations simultaneously
• Promote sustainable and responsible sourcing

Requirements

• 5+ years in procurement with strong FF&E experience
• Experience in hospitality, real estate, or similar industries
• Expertise in supplier negotiations and contract management
• Sharp commercial mindset for spotting good deals
• Strong organizational skills for juggling multiple projects
• Balanced focus on quality, cost, and sustainability
• Fluent in English (another language is a plus)
