TL;DR

Head of Procurement (Global Manufacturing): Own end-to-end procurement of components and goods for global manufacturing operations with an accent on strategy, sourcing, cost optimization, and supplier partnerships. Focus on driving logistics alignment, demand planning, risk mitigation, and scaling material management organization.

Location: Remote (Taipei / Hanoi / Warsaw). Willingness to travel extensively.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end procurement and ensure full material coverage across all factories.
• Define global procurement strategy, roadmap for sourcing, and cost optimization.
• Lead logistics, planning, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Drive problem-solving, risk mitigation, and KPIs for cost performance.
• Scale material management team (30+ people) and implement automation/digital tools.
• Balance availability, timing, cost, and quality in global supply chain.

Requirements

• Fluent English.
• Proven experience in procurement/material management in global manufacturing.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams (30+ people).
• Direct responsibility for €200M+ procurement budget.
• Deep knowledge of supply chains, planning, and global suppliers.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, ownership, and GTD approach.
