What you will do

• Lead global category strategies for direct raw materials and third-party manufacturing, aligned with business and regional needs.
• Own supplier selection, negotiations, contracting, and performance management for cost, service, quality, and innovation.
• Manage commercial relationships with external manufacturing partners, including RFx processes, capacity planning, and technology transfers.
• Drive cost productivity through negotiations, should-cost analysis, and demand aggregation.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks, lead business continuity planning, and support disruption responses.
• Hire, coach, and develop procurement team while ensuring governance, processes, and data standards.

Requirements

• Experience in global procurement leadership for raw materials and contract manufacturing.
• Strong skills in supplier strategy, negotiations, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to drive cost savings, supply continuity, and performance in a matrixed environment.
• Proficiency in analytics, reporting, and governance for procurement processes.
• People leadership experience in hiring, coaching, and team development.
