What you will do

• Own end-to-end procurement for EMEA, from sourcing and negotiation to vendor management and compliance.
• Lead strategic sourcing in Real Estate & Workplace and Professional Services categories.
• Manage vendor onboarding, contract management, spend analysis, and RFP processes.
• Partner with EMEA stakeholders in Workplace, Finance, Legal, and other functions.
• Drive Zip adoption, PO hygiene, and month-end close activities for EMEA spend.
• Collaborate with US Procurement team for global alignment.

Requirements

• 7-10 years in procurement operations, strategic sourcing, or category management.
• Experience managing procurement across multiple EMEA geographies, including contracting and compliance.
• Hands-on in Real Estate & Workplace or Professional Services procurement.
• Proficiency with Zip, NetSuite, Coupa or similar platforms.
• Track record leading complex vendor negotiations independently.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets, basic SQL or BI tools; excellent communication across time zones.
• Understanding of EMEA financial controls, vendor risk, and compliance.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology or AI/ML companies.
• EMEA office buildout or Big 4 services management.
• Cloud infrastructure procurement (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Procurement certifications (CPSM, CSCP, CIPS).
