Location: Hybrid (Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania). Must be based in Lithuania; 2 days in office are recommended but not enforced.

Salary: €4,050 - €5,483 gross per month

What you will do

• Own the fraud prevention strategy and contribute to the overall roadmap for the Payments business unit.
• Lead and develop a team of 8-10 Fraud Prevention Specialists, managing performance and goal setting.
• Translate high-level company strategy into actionable 12-18 month tactical plans and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Set and monitor KPIs and quality standards for moderation teams to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.
• Manage strategic relationships with third-party vendors and collaborate cross-functionally to scale fraud capabilities.
• Develop new fraud prevention methods and procedures, proactively suggesting improvements to existing best practices.

Requirements

• Extensive professional background in fraud prevention, risk management, or trust & safety.
• Significant people management experience, including leading multi-focused teams and senior contributors.
• Proven track record of translating business strategy into tactical plans with measurable results.
• Ability to operate with considerable autonomy and make decisions impacting the entire function.
• Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
• Strong data-driven analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
