What you will do
- Own the full trader lifecycle from acquisition and onboarding to engagement, retention, and repeat purchases.
- Lead product strategy for trader engagement features like competitions, rewards, notifications, and loyalty programs.
- Drive mobile product strategy including signup flows, payments, push notifications, and in-app engagement.
- Partner with design to build a cohesive design system and seamless UX across the trader journey.
- Collaborate with marketing on localization, affiliate programs, and market expansion.
- Improve onboarding with in-terminal education, progressive disclosure, and faster time-to-first-trade.
Requirements
- Location: Must be in United States or Canada
- 3-6+ years in senior product management with experience in growth, engagement, or consumer UX.
- Track record improving acquisition, activation, and retention metrics through onboarding, checkout, and engagement loops.
- Strong product instinct for habits, hooks, and value delivery; ability to write detailed PRDs.
- Experience with mobile product development and funnel analytics for cohort analysis and experiments.
- Familiarity with lifecycle marketing tools, localization, and working in fast-paced cross-functional teams.
- Crypto knowledge or deep interest in prop trading.
