What you will do

• Drive the trading experience roadmap, sequencing requirements and delivery in partnership with Head of Product
• Define best-in-class prop trading UX for serious derivatives traders, achieving terminal parity with top market players
• Lead product strategy for agentic and API trading to enable programmatic access for power users
• Partner with hirify.global Pro engineering to build native crypto trading experiences tailored for prop traders
• Collaborate with risk team to incorporate execution nuances like A-book/B-book mechanics and drawdown rules into product requirements
• Set standards for feature completion including requirements, edge cases, acceptance criteria, and post-launch iteration

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in one of the listed countries (United Kingdom, Brazil, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Ireland, Lithuania, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Switzerland)
• 3-6+ years in senior product management owning trading or execution products
• Deep understanding of derivatives trading including perps, futures, margin, leverage, order types, and risk parameters
• Experience shipping complex features for professional traders with high expectations
• Technical fluency to read API docs, understand data contracts, real-time data requirements, and trading infrastructure
• Strong product craft: detailed PRDs, cross-team leadership, trader empathy, and crypto knowledge

• Experience with agentic workflows, algorithmic trading, or API-first design
