Salary: 4000-5200 €/monthly gross

What you will do
- Own product roadmap, prioritize tasks, and resolve conflicts using technical and business principles.
- Manage cross-functional requirements from Support, Customer Success, and Security while balancing maintenance and new developments.
- Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure team understanding.
- Assess value, prioritize stories, epics, and themes aligned with product strategy.
- Use KPIs and metrics to optimize product performance and backlog.
- Guide products from discovery to release and collaborate on product vision.
Requirements
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred) in software engineering or similar.
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS product development; digital identity experience a plus.
- Mastery of agile (Kanban, Scrum) and previous Product Owner experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with eIDAS framework, regulated environments, compliance, and audits.
- Knowledge of security protocols, encryption, data protection.
- Experience in complex ecosystems prioritizing compliance, privacy, security.
- Strategic mindset for regulatory changes and digital identity trends.
- Product Owner certification.
