Base Salary: $130,000 - $140,000; Total Target Compensation (TTC): $220,000 - $230,000

What you will do
- Manage and maintain relationships with clinical partners to ensure they understand 's offerings and how it supports treatment decisions.
- Develop accounts by building strong clinical programs and identifying growth opportunities.
- Deliver clinical education through presentations, peer-to-peer sessions, physician training, and new product introductions.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders including admins, cardiologists, and referring physicians to drive adoption.
- Maintain a qualified lead funnel and manage administrative tasks using Salesforce.com.
- Travel to provider sites 50-80% of the time.
Requirements
- Degree from accredited college/university.
- 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience (PA, NP, DNP or RN).
- Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, or medical software highly desired.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Effective project management skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Experience introducing cardiovascular technologies into hospitals highly desired.
- Self-motivated with grit, integrity, and bias for action.
