TL;DR

What you will do

  • Develop strategic territory plans for targeted accounts using Salesforce and advanced sales intelligence tools.
  • Generate a new business pipeline through cold prospecting, partner collaborations, social selling, and outreach.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from qualification and discovery to demos, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Consult customers on GRC best practices and align the hirify.global platform's value to their specific business needs.
  • Collaborate with the product team by providing customer feedback to help influence the platform's roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS, preferably to CISOs and GRC teams.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quarterly quotas using the MEDDPICC framework.
  • Strong communication and listening skills to identify customer pain points and present value-driven solutions.
  • Ability to quickly master new technology and understand the platform's technical capabilities.
  • Must be based near London, UK.

Nice to have

  • Previous professional experience in BPM (Business Process Management) or GRC software.
