What you will do

• Execute BDR pipeline targets and maintain full quota attainment.
• Prospect target accounts using personalized sequencing and multi-channel outreach.
• Open and manage new opportunities in targeted accounts.
• Lead discovery calls, product tours, and value conversations in partnership with an RSM.
• Collaborate with SEs on demo hand-offs to maintain deal momentum.
• Participate in a 3-month onboarding certification covering mechanics and deal execution.

Requirements

• 12+ months of experience in a BDR seat at hirify.global.
• Proven track record of exceeding quarterly quotas in 2 of the last 3 quarters.
• Successfully passed a Field Marketing audit (auditable hirify.global pitch).
• Current ENT Leader and RSM sponsorship in place.
• Must be based in the United States.
