Salary: $125,000 - $180,000 base (plus bonus and equity).

What you will do

• Support execution of access, policy, and commercial operations initiatives.
• Conduct research, data gathering, and basic analysis on reimbursement, policy, and operations.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, and operational materials.
• Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, analysis, and content development.
• Collaborate with Managers and Senior Managers to meet timelines and objectives.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in healthcare, life sciences, consulting, or related fields.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• High comfort with AI tools and interest in applying them to business problems.
• Graduate of a top-tier 4-year university with strong academic record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Gemini.
• Excellent project management, time management, and adaptability in dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Digital Therapeutics or Prescription Digital Therapeutics.
• Experience in marketing or sales enablement.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
