What you will do

• Analyze and interpret Enterprise Revenue Cycle data to implement process and quality improvements.
• Design and redesign workflows and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
• Collaborate with Systems Services to develop, test, and maintain new business process applications.
• Lead cross-functional workgroups to negotiate and resolve issues with institutional impact.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state requirements through partnership with relevant departments.
• Mentor staff and provide regular operational updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience OR Master's degree with 3 years of experience.
• Relevant professional experience in Healthcare or Finance Revenue Cycle.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle systems, specifically XiFin.
• Must be based in the US; no visa sponsorship or transfers available.

Nice to have

• HFMA (Healthcare Financial Management Association) Certification.
• Experience in Project Management.
