TL;DR
Senior Director, Clinical Operations (Health Tech): Own end-to-end clinical operations for Med spanning D2C and B2B channels, including strategic expansion of programs, protocol development, and operationalization of initiatives with Product and Engineering. Focus on scaling high-performing teams, driving implementations across provider networks, and building infrastructure for capacity models, reporting, and workflows.
Location: Hybrid (2x/week) required if local to NYC or Princeton, NJ metropolitan areas; remote only if outside these areas. US-based candidates; comfortable with occasional travel.
Salary: $225,000 – $265,000 (US base).

What you will do
- Own clinical operations org for Med across D2C and B2B, including program expansion, protocol development, and new initiative operationalization.
- Bridge clinical strategy and execution, delivering commitments to members and partners with quality and measurable outcomes.
- Lead and scale clinical ops team, managing hiring and headcount growth.
- Drive implementations coordinating internal teams, providers, and vendors.
- Own provider and member experience, tracking satisfaction, quality, and health outcomes.
- Build operational infrastructure like capacity models, utilization targets, reporting, and scalable workflows.
Requirements
- 8+ years clinical operations experience, 3+ years in health tech (telehealth, consulting, payor, provider, or services)
- Experience in digital healthcare required; healthcare subscription background acceptable
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated leadership, operations management, and strategic thinking at senior level
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills for modeling trade-offs and operational plans
- Exceptional communication to manage complex stakeholders and initiatives
