What you will do

• Build and own the long-range plan (LRP) and annual operating plan.
• Translate company strategy into financial models for pricing, GTM, and R&D investment.
• Serve as strategic partner to CEO and executives, framing growth, margin, and risk trade-offs.
• Design driver-based models for subscription/usage revenue, cohort analysis, and retention.
• Partner with RevOps and BI for data integrity and scalable reporting infrastructure.
• Deliver board-ready reporting and KPI frameworks aligned with value drivers.

Requirements

• 10+ years progressive FP&A leadership in high-growth SaaS or technology
• Deep familiarity with modern BI tools, automation platforms, GenAI, and agentic workflows
• Proven experience building complex driver-based financial models
• Strong proficiency in planning tools like Adaptive/Anaplan and ERP like NetSuite
• Experience managing and developing high-performing FP&A and Analytics teams
