What you will do

• Direct global accounting operations including General Ledger, AP, Procurement, and International Accounting.
• Champion AI and automation strategy for anomaly detection, reconciliations, and predictive close processes.
• Own Billing and Accounts Receivable, streamlining Quote-to-Cash workflow.
• Define monthly/quarterly close processes with rigorous internal controls and AI-enhanced audit trails.
• Manage global tax compliance, treasury, liquidity, and risk mitigation.
• Lead financial tech stack evolution, integrating AI agents and LLM-based analysis.
• Advise Sales, Legal, and Engineering on contracts, revenue recognition, and data flows.

Requirements

• 15+ years progressive accounting leadership, 5+ years at VP/Controller level in high-growth SaaS; prior Public Accounting experience.
• Extensive experience in high-volume complex Billing and Revenue Operations.
• Success implementing AI tools or advanced automation in accounting.
• Experience in International Accounting and global tax/treasury management.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA or equivalent.

• Transaction experience.
• Experience scaling from $100M to $300M+ revenue in SaaS, private and public settings.
