What you will do

  • Serve as the primary finance business partner for Marketing, Sales, and Post-Sales leadership.
  • Translate GTM strategy into financial plans, headcount models, and investment frameworks aligned with revenue outcomes.
  • Own annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes for revenue, headcount, and operating expenses.
  • Design and manage the end-to-end sales compensation process for AEs, BDRs, and CSMs.
  • Track and improve GTM unit economics, including CAC, LTV, payback periods, and gross margin per customer cohort.
  • Build executive-ready reporting and dashboards in partnership with Revenue Operations and Data teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in strategic finance or FP&A supporting GTM functions.
  • Deep expertise in B2B SaaS and subscription-based business models and metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV).
  • Expert financial modeling skills with the ability to build complex revenue and headcount models from scratch.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, NetSuite, and reporting tools like Looker or Tableau.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

  • Experience at high-growth B2B SaaS companies ($50M–$200M+ ARR range).
  • Prior experience in investment banking, venture capital, or management consulting.
  • Exposure to developer-focused, platform, or infrastructure software businesses.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-segment GTM motions (SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise).
