What you will do

• Own RSA and DSA strategies across Google and Bing, including creative testing and bidding.
• Optimize PMax, AI Search Max, and Demand Gen campaigns to drive full-funnel growth.
• Manage tCPA and tROAS bid strategies and audit attribution and conversion tracking.
• Drive landing page testing and QA the customer journey from click to service completion.
• Coordinate budget allocation and positioning across three competing brands to maximize ROAS.
• Develop a testing roadmap for ad copy, bidding strategies, and audience segments.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency with AI tools for copy generation, data analysis, and reporting.
• Deep experience with Google Ads, spreadsheets, and data dashboards.
• Expertise in conversion tracking, tag management, and attribution models.
• Ability to translate technical SEM data into actionable business insights.
• Proven track record of managing high-spend campaigns with a bias for action.
