What you will do

• Collaborate with assortment and merchandising managers to define product data requirements supporting business strategy.
• Establish standardization rules and design functional logic for data transformation and conformance.
• Define detailed requirements for developers to implement transformation rules.
• Perform hands-on data analysis to assess gaps and develop strategies for improving data content and quality.
• Communicate data standards to stakeholders and guide data conformance.
• Create functional definitions for data transformation and identify efficiency improvements in standardization processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required (Master’s preferred) in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in a Data Analytics role.
• Strong analytical background and understanding of data flows in supply chain environments.
• Knowledge of data quality and risk management, standards, methods, processes, tools, and controls.
• Self-starter with ownership, excellent organizational skills, and ability to conduct root cause analysis.
• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time.
