• Build relationships with Customer Success, support, and clients to align analytics with objectives.
• Bridge business and technical teams, influencing roadmaps and product strategy.
• Lead data quality efforts and strategic client analytics for revenue optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years in business intelligence, data analytics, or related field driving business impact.
• Strong understanding of inpatient mid-revenue cycle processes and data.
• Advanced SQL fluency for complex, scalable queries.
• Strong BI and data storytelling skills.
