What you will do

• Own the Shopper Behavioral Analysis process to support the sales team in closing deals.
• Manage product analytics for the Shopper Operations Platform (SOP) to drive product improvements.
• Collaborate with the Risk and Data (RAD) team to build and translate fraud analysis into merchant-facing reporting.
• Partner with sales, growth, and merchant success teams to deliver data for retention and upselling.
• Align data reporting needs with internal data models alongside engineering and product teams.
• Develop and scale a sophisticated reporting pipeline.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in analytics, data, or business intelligence roles.
• Deep understanding of ecommerce consumer brands and industry benchmarks.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets and data modeling.
• Experience building and maintaining transformation code using dbt.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and familiarity with Tableau.
• Must be based in the US

• Knowledge of Python for data manipulation or automation.
• Experience using AI to drive organizational process efficiency.
