Senior Electrical Engineer (Power)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Develop comprehensive electrical design packages from conceptual to IFC level for power generation and distribution systems.
• Specify protective devices, relays, instruments, transformers, breakers, alternators, and grounding components.
• Perform ETAP or SKM modelling to manage system coordination, arc flash, and grounding.
• Create detailed one-lines, three-lines, breaker control diagrams, and power/system plans.
• Collaborate with vendor packagers to develop cost-effective technical design solutions.
• Support business development by identifying prospective markets and securing new projects.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering.
• 5-15 years of experience with complex electrical systems in the industrial and power generation sector.
• Must be based in the USA for this hybrid role.
• Proficiency with Revit.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%.
• Registered Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.
