What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of ecommerce and digital solutions to drive adoption and engagement across internal and external users.
• Lead end-to-end implementations, including requirements gathering, process analysis, and coordinated rollouts.
• Analyze adoption metrics and user behavior using Power BI to provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Manage incidents and escalations via ServiceNow, coordinating across teams to resolve complex issues.
• Develop training collateral, guides, and onboarding documentation and deliver solution demonstrations.
• Partner with management to identify workflow inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3-5 years of direct experience in a project management capacity.
• Proficiency in Power BI and ServiceNow.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze workflows and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
