TL;DR

Lead BC Consultant (D365 Business Central): Overseeing and delivering full-cycle implementation projects for clients in manufacturing, distribution, and warehousing with an accent on scoping, requirements analysis, and stakeholder management. Location: Must be based anywhere in the UK (Travel to client sites and initial onboarding in Wolverhampton required)

Salary: £75,000 – £85,000

hirify.global is recruiting for a Microsoft Gold Partner specializing in manufacturing, distribution, and warehousing solutions.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end D365 Business Central projects, ensuring effective coordination of all project resources.
• Own project delivery including scoping, conducting workshops, documentation, and requirements analysis.
• Ensure successful implementation of D365 BC modules, particularly in manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and drive project milestones from initiation to go-live.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a consultancy role with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• More than 3 years of experience leading end-to-end D365 BC implementation projects.
• Proven expertise in D365 BC modules related to manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution.
• Experience across all project phases: gap analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, and training.
• Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

• Pre-sales experience with D365 BC.
• Experience from either end-user or Microsoft partner backgrounds.
