TL;DR
Associate Project Manager (Pharma): Supporting and managing clinical trial projects with 's cognitive assessments with an accent on timelines, budgets, and client relationships. Focus on risk management, data quality issues, and cross-functional coordination in Phase I-III trials.
Location: Remote within the United States ( registered business locations in US, Australia, or UK)
Salary: $80,000–$90,000 USD

What you will do
- Assist senior PMs on global Phase III trials and lead Phase I/II projects including battery tests, scale management, and rater training.
- Handle day-to-day client solutions: agendas, minutes, action items, invoicing, and third-party reviews.
- Plan and track tasks: maintain systems, timelines, action/risk logs; manage client relationships and proactively handle risks.
- Collaborate with stats, science, data teams on data quality, risks, mitigation plans, and sponsor updates.
- Contribute to Agile project leadership, attend investigator meetings, manage resources and budgets.
- Forecast finances, handle change orders, analyze reports, and maintain project narratives for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (business, scientific, or technical preferred); Master’s preferred.
- 2+ years project management experience in pharma, biotech, CRO, or academic research.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Budget management experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, anticipate problems, handle tight timelines and competing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and risk assessment skills.
Nice to have
- Understanding of pharmaceutical development process and technical/scientific info.
- Grasp of study deliverables, Agile methodologies, financial impacts.
