What you will do

• Serve as primary client contact and escalation point, leading internal and client meetings.
• Coordinate functional services and vendors to meet timelines and budgets, driving change orders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with risk management, tracking metrics, and status reporting.
• Manage study finances, profitability, billing, and ensure quality including eTMF readiness.
• Collaborate with clinical operations on trial delivery and implement study-specific training.
• Support business development including bid defenses and provide team feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or health-related field (North America); advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 7 years clinical research experience and 4 years direct project management
• Experience managing complex global trials; ability to travel domestically/internationally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, eTMF, EDC, CTMS
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of ICH-GCP
• Experience in pharmaceutical/device research; oncology/cell/gene therapy preferred
