Procurement Lead

Procurement Lead (Fintech): Manage procurement operations pipeline and vendor processes for a buy-now-pay-later platform with an accent on compliance, stakeholder coordination, and Polish vendor management. Location: Remote Poland. Work almost anywhere within Poland.

Salary: 156,000–236,000 PLN per year

What you will do

• Manage procurement requests pipeline, ensuring timely reviews and approvals from stakeholders like Legal, Information Security, and Strategic Finance.
• Guide stakeholders through purchase requests, submit on their behalf, and handle vendor onboarding in P2P system including banking and tax validation.
• Conduct end-to-end contract reviews in partnership with Vendor Legal.
• Manage internal events and hotel purchases, acting as liaison between events team, Executive Assistants, and Vendor Legal for urgent requests.
• Oversee all hirify.global Poland purchases, communicating with Polish vendors and reviewing Polish contracts.
• Lead and implement process improvement projects impacting Procurement and broader teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of recent experience in Procurement Operations or Supply Chain Operations and Procurement Tools (preferably Zip and Netsuite).
• Experience managing urgent purchase categories and tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience improving procurement processes and implementing best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing initiatives and manage multiple projects.
• Comfort interacting with internal partners and external counterparties.
