What you will do

• Establish and drive financial planning processes to ensure resource allocation aligns with strategic goals.
• Oversee the company-wide operating model for annual budgeting and monthly forecasting.
• Perform robust financial analysis on results and operating KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.
• Design and deliver monthly/quarterly reporting packages for the executive team and Board.
• Optimize systems for automation and support M&A and corporate development initiatives.
• Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of strategic finance/FP&A experience at a high-growth startup.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, banking, or investing.
• Expertise in building complex financial models to support multiple business needs.
• Proven track record of hiring and managing people to their highest potential.
• Must be based in New York, San Francisco, or Seattle.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).

• Experience exploring and applying AI tools to drive faster insights and efficiency in finance.
