Salary: $189,000 - $231,000 USD

What you will do

• Own and design a scalable revenue operations strategy and framework.
• Build, mentor, and lead a team of revenue operations professionals.
• Optimize and administer the GTM tech stack including HubSpot and related tools.
• Develop forecasting models, performance dashboards, and KPI frameworks for leadership insights.
• Partner with functional leaders to identify bottlenecks and improve GTM operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in New York City area with hybrid work (~3 days onsite)
• 7–10+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations with 5+ years leadership experience.
• Experience scaling RevOps from early-stage to high growth.
• HubSpot power user with certifications preferred.
• Strong skills in sales methodologies, funnel management, forecasting, and data analytics.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and inform senior leadership with data-driven insights.
