Location: Hybrid (New York City) - onsite 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Salary: $231,000 – $252,000 USD

What you will do
- Design and implement a scalable revenue operations framework and strategy across the GTM organization.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of revenue operations professionals focused on systems and analytics.
- Build the commercial finance function from scratch, including planning, forecasting, target-setting, and reporting.
- Develop revenue intelligence through forecasting models, KPI frameworks, and ROI analysis.
- Optimize and oversee the GTM tech stack, primarily HubSpot, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.
- Develop and implement an AI roadmap to improve Sales and RevOps efficiency and eliminate manual toil.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Finance, or GTM Strategy.
- 5+ years of experience in people leadership.
- Proven track record of scaling RevOps from early-stage (Series A/B) through high growth (Series C+).
- Power user of HubSpot or equivalent CRM software.
- Demonstrated experience using AI to quantifiably improve team efficiency.
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly from New York City.
