Salary: $110,400 - $172,500

What you will do

• Own revenue accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely ASC 606-compliant reporting
• Lead and develop a team of Senior Revenue Accountants, fostering high performance
• Drive month-end close processes with continuous improvements in quality and efficiency
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Data, Engineering, Product, and Operations on revenue initiatives
• Design and implement scalable processes, policies, controls, and automation including AI
• Support audit readiness and execution for revenue-related matters

Requirements

• 5-7+ years accounting experience, with significant revenue accounting at high-growth companies
• 2-3+ years managing/leading teams, developing talent and driving results
• Strong hands-on knowledge of ASC 606 revenue guidance
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with evolving systems
• Detail-oriented with ability to connect execution to business outcomes
• Excellent communicator able to explain complex accounting to non-experts
• Builder mindset for creating scalable solutions

Nice to have

• CPA with Big 4 and/or high-growth company experience
