Director, Revenue Accounting Operations - Program Management (Finance/AI): Leading the modernization of revenue accounting operations by scaling AI-driven workflows and managing the transformation PMO with an accent on the order-to-cash lifecycle and product launch coordination. Focus on implementing AI-native workflows (Claudification), establishing NPI frameworks, and driving cross-functional alignment between Finance, Engineering, and GTM.
Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA or Seattle, WA)
Salary: $300,000 - $360,000 USD

What you will do
- Define and execute the roadmap for AI-native workflows ("Claudification") across Revenue Accounting and Order to Cash.
- Lead the Transformation PMO, managing the end-to-end portfolio of initiatives from intake and prioritization to delivery.
- Direct NPI Program Management to ensure financial coordination, revenue recognition treatment, and operational readiness for all product launches.
- Sequence priorities for the Revenue Accounting organization and serve as its primary representative in cross-functional forums.
- Hire, develop, and lead a team of transformation leads and program managers.
- Establish operating rhythms and governance frameworks to ensure financial operations scale with company growth.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in revenue accounting, finance transformation, or program leadership in high-growth technology environments.
- Deep working knowledge of ASC 606 and the quote-to-cash lifecycle.
- Proven track record of leading large, multi-quarter cross-functional programs with stakeholders in finance, engineering, and GTM.
- Experience leading NPI or product launch accounting processes.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid from San Francisco, CA or Seattle, WA (minimum 25% office presence).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Nice to have
- CPA certification and/or Big 4 accounting background.
- Experience preparing finance organizations for public company readiness (SOX compliance, audit support).
- Hands-on experience with modern close automation and billing platforms.
- Experience working in hypergrowth software environments.
