Salary: $191,000 - $281,000

What you will do

• Shape the future vision of Controllership, collaborating with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams
• Build a team to identify pain points, automation opportunities, and transformative process changes
• Drive process improvements, change management, and business requirements for system transformations
• Lead control assessments for process and system changes to ensure SOX compliance
• Oversee master data governance for growing system infrastructure

Requirements

• 15+ years in US GAAP accounting, leading cross-functional system projects and implementations
• Proven track record leading accounting organizations through system and process changes
• Extensive experience in SOX controlled environments
• Demonstrated master data governance experience
• CPA license
