What you will do
- Establish a product vision for revenue systems (Salesforce, DealHub, Ironclad, Clari) and integrated AI strategy.
- Guide the evolution of CPQ patterns to support complex deal structures and subscription changes.
- Strengthen underlying data models and integrations to ensure reliable ARR reporting and forecasting.
- Optimize contracting and CLM workflows to unlock AI-assisted review and insights.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to align product initiatives with strategic company goals.
- Design and execute AI experiments with clear hypotheses to improve revenue outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive product management experience in B2B SaaS.
- Direct ownership of revenue, CPQ, or opportunity-to-order (O2O) systems.
- Hands-on experience with modern CPQ (DealHub, Salesforce CPQ, etc.) within a Salesforce Sales Cloud environment.
- Proven track record of defining and shipping AI use cases in internal business workflows.
- Strong understanding of ARR modeling, quoting, approvals, and renewals in a SaaS business.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Ironclad and CLM patterns connecting contracts back to Salesforce.
- Exposure to IT general controls (ITGC) requirements.
- Experience building or scaling agentic workflows or AI-assisted automations for sales/legal teams.
