What you will do

  • Lead the Customer Platforms COE strategy, operating model, and execution for M&A and onboarding initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary commercial platform lead for acquisitions and firm expansions impacting go-to-market teams.
  • Establish governance, intake, and prioritization processes for integration-related work.
  • Develop and execute onboarding strategies to transition new teams onto global customer platforms without disrupting client activity.
  • Partner with platform operations, data governance, and IT to ensure readiness and execution alignment.
  • Collaborate on the long-term customer platforms roadmap in alignment with firm growth priorities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, GTM enablement, or sales operations.
  • Proven track record of driving platform adoption in professional services or client-facing organizations.
  • Experience leading commercial integration or systems transition work, specifically in M&A or firm expansion contexts.
  • Ability to lead and develop teams within a matrixed, professional services environment.
  • Experience as a business-side owner of CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365).
  • Must be based in Chicago, IL, and available for a hybrid schedule (at least 3 days in office/client site).

  • Background in Professional Services, Big 4, or financial advisory.
