Salary: $158,000 – $175,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end AP operations across Direct Procurement, including intake, 2/3-way match, and close activities.
• Drive automation and system improvements across ERP and AP workflows using AI-first approaches.
• Scale direct AP foundations by defining receiving and asset management processes for 3-way matching.
• Partner with BPO teams to manage capacity and performance through clear SLAs and KPIs.
• Maintain strong controls and SOX-aligned approvals to ensure audit readiness.
• Act as the primary escalation point for resolving complex payment holds and close blockers.

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting direct spend or supply chain in high-growth environments.
• Hands-on expertise in AP operations and systems, including ERP and procurement tools.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco, CA.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience handling executive escalations.
• Process and controls mindset with experience driving workflow automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle Fusion, Zip, Navan, VNDLY, Brightflag, or Jira.
