Salary: $144,863 – $185,000

What you will do

• Serve as in-house expert on U.S. nuclear policy, synthesizing trends in sector, industry, and regulations.
• Lead policy research and analysis on nuclear technologies for U.S. climate and energy goals.
• Manage U.S. nuclear energy program team, including one senior policy manager.
• Drive stakeholder engagement with policymakers, industry, NGOs, and government at federal and state levels.
• Execute outreach, advocacy campaigns, and projects promoting advanced nuclear technologies.
• Produce analyses, materials like blogs and white papers; oversee consultants.

Requirements

• Senior experience in U.S. energy sector with focus on policy, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement
• Extensive knowledge of U.S. nuclear energy policy, regulations, and congressional processes
• Established network in energy sector; experience driving federal/state initiatives
• Team leadership experience, including resource management and employee development
• Advanced degree in energy policy, political science, government affairs, or related field
• Ability to travel regularly within U.S. and periodically internationally
