What you will do

• Carry out detailed assembly and testing of aerospace products to tight tolerances.
• Perform component cleaning, flow matching, wire locking, labelling, and finishing.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues through fault finding.
• Disassemble units for rework as required by quality standards.
• Accurately record data and work from technical drawings.
• Self-inspect work to achieve and maintain stamp holder status.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a production or assembly role, preferably in aerospace or high-spec industries.
• Strong hands-on ability with hand tools, gauges, and measuring equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience working to approved documentation and recording data accurately.
• High attention to detail and ability to self-inspect work.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) at Grade 4/C or above.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical device assembly or other highly regulated environments.
• Understanding of servo valve operation.
• Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
