Salary: $235,401–$294,252, commensurate with experience.

What you will do

• Lead high-performing development team to drive organizational growth and global impact.
• Develop and implement multi-year fundraising strategy targeting restricted and unrestricted revenue aligned with mission.
• Expand revenue streams across foundations, major donors, individuals, and new sources like corporate foundations or earned income.
• Provide strategic guidance on key donor relationships and stewardship to enhance acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
• Use data analytics and market insights to optimize performance and ensure data integrity.
• Strengthen global philanthropic alliances and increase unrestricted funding for sustainability.

Requirements

• 15–20 years progressive leadership in high-impact fundraising strategies scaling organizations.
• Deep 10–15+ years U.S. philanthropic fundraising experience; international experience highly desirable.
• Strong record cultivating high-net-worth individuals, including estate planning and legacy giving.
• Background in digital marketing campaigns and partnering with comms/marketing for individual giving.
• Experience with donor-advised funds, workplace giving, blended finance, and earned income models.
• Proven success leading capital campaigns and endowments; managing distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in global matrixed organizations.
• Familiarity with multilateral funding and innovative financial mechanisms.
