What you will do

• Manage the operational rhythm and leadership cadence (standups, reviews, OKRs) across Product and Engineering organizations.
• Oversee annual and quarterly budgeting, headcount tracking, and vendor spend in partnership with Finance.
• Develop resource allocation models and manage workforce planning to align staffing with strategic priorities.
• Lead major transformation initiatives to improve delivery velocity, product quality, and platform scalability.
• Maintain the enterprise product catalogue to ensure visibility into products, platforms, and APIs.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CPO and CTO, preparing executive materials, board presentations, and strategy documents.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product, technology, consulting, or operational leadership roles.
• Experience within large-scale SaaS, fintech, or enterprise technology organizations.
• Proven track record of managing complex operational environments supporting large product and engineering teams.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
