What you will do

• Define and implement the company's data and experimentation stack from the ground up.
• Analyze user journeys and behaviors to uncover patterns that inform the product roadmap.
• Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests and data-led product features.
• Build and maintain production-quality BI dashboards for self-serve access to business metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to foster a data-driven culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics).
• 3+ years of professional experience in Data Science, BI, or Product Analytics.
• Expert-level SQL proficiency and experience with Python or R.
• Proven track record of operationalizing new product-level metrics from scratch.
• Ability to work from the offices in San Francisco, Palo Alto, or Los Angeles.
