What you will do

  • Lead all aspects of channel partnerships, serving as the primary point of contact for external partners.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to strengthen alliances, mitigate churn, and drive growth.
  • Execute Health Information Exchange (HIE) strategies for the care coordination suite and Bamboo Bridge.
  • Negotiate complex partner contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Product, and Product Strategy teams.
  • Explore and integrate AI and automation tools to streamline daily workflows and analysis.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in channel partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances.
  • 5+ years of experience in the healthcare or technology sector.
  • 3+ years of experience in negotiating and managing complex external contracts.
  • Proven track record of achieving growth targets and reducing partner churn.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently for partner meetings and conferences.
