Location: Remote (US) - Must have legal right to work in the United States
Salary: $126,487 - $198,766 a year

What you will do
- Own consultant influence and pipeline outcomes for the Southwest Territory.
- Build deep relationships across top consulting and brokerage firms such as WTW, Aon, Mercer, and others.
- Enable consultants to confidently position Sword's value through demos, meetings, and education.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to accelerate opportunities and align consultant strategies.
- Execute targeted market activation events, including office visits and executive sessions.
- Maintain operational rigor and CRM discipline using Salesforce.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience interfacing with major benefits consulting and/or brokerage firms.
- Proven ability to build influential relationships that translate into pipeline creation and referrals.
- Strong business development skills, including prospecting and multi-threading relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
- Comfort operating in a metrics-driven, revenue-accountable role.
- Must have a legal right to work in the United States; immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
