What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of Data Scientists, fostering technical excellence and strategic thinking.
• Develop quarterly roadmaps with Finance, Engineering, and Product partners, aligning resources and overseeing execution.
• Drive insights via strategic analysis, reporting, predictive modeling, and metrics frameworks linking revenue to financial outcomes.
• Deep-dive into data gaps, segment revenue data, identify efficiency opportunities, and mitigate losses.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure revenue systems provide auditability and data traceability for GAAP compliance.
• Tackle strategic projects hands-on, translate findings into actionable recommendations for executives.

Requirements

• 8+ years in data science or analytics
• 3+ years managing and developing teams
• Working knowledge of finance/accounting concepts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Experience with healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) strongly preferred.
• Proven cross-functional partnerships with Finance, Accounting, Product, Engineering, Operations.
• Proficiency in forecasting, predictive modeling, data modeling (ideally dbt), SQL, Python/R.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools for data workflows; strong communication skills.
