Senior Payroll Service Delivery Lead (US Payroll): Drive payroll advisory function and own internal payroll legislation frameworks for HRIS platform with an accent on compliance, risk management, and multi-state operations. Salary: $110,000 - $142,000 per year

What you will do
- Drive payroll advisory as central authority on US payroll legislation across Product, CX, PS, and GTM teams
- Interpret complex legislation into actionable guidance and own internal frameworks for consistent application
- Deliver training, documentation, and briefings to upskill teams on compliance and best practices
- Partner with Product to embed payroll expertise in feature design and support PS with user stories
- Set standards for Managed Services and Operations on compliance, edge cases, and exceptions
- Act as senior escalation for complex legislative matters and monitor changes impacting product/services
Requirements
- 10+ years hands-on US payroll experience in complex multi-state environment
- Proven track record owning payroll processes or service delivery frameworks
- Expert in payroll compliance, risk, audit requirements
- Experience in fast-paced scaling SaaS/managed services environment preferred
- Comfortable influencing cross-functionally without authority, high ownership, autonomous operation
- Must reside in one of authorized US states (CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MN, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA)
