What you will do

• Collaborate with business unit leadership to deliver financial insights and drive strategic objectives.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis to identify performance drivers and improve profitability and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead and coordinate annual budget and regular forecast cycles (3+9, 6+6, 9+3).
• Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities, developing proactive mitigation strategies.
• Generate accurate financial reports and provide quality narratives for monthly business reviews and investor reporting.
• Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a professional qualification (ACA/CIMA).
• Extensive work experience (5+ years) in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering.
• Experience working within a multi-geography business environment.
• Strong proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint with professional modelling skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior management using data-driven insights and analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience within the SaaS industry.
• Previous experience in PE-backed or matrix organizations.
• Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite EPM, Power BI, Tableau, or Salesforce.
