TL;DR

Senior Manager FP&A: Leading FP&A business partnerships and driving strategic finance initiatives with an accent on planning cycles, revenue and headcount planning, P&L management, and operating expenses. Focus on building financial models, providing C-suite insights, optimizing profitability, and developing long-term strategies.

Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in office)

What you will do

  • Own finance business partnerships with VPs and C-level stakeholders, delivering fiscal insights for strategic plans
  • Prepare and present financial deliverables to C-suite
  • Build financial models, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks
  • Partner with business to drive revenue growth and profitability optimization
  • Manage P&L by analyzing results, identifying improvements, and driving cost optimization
  • Develop financial policies and support long-term strategies

Requirements

  • Fluency in English for communication with all management levels
  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance
  • 7+ years in progressive financial analysis
  • Expert knowledge in Excel
  • Experience developing, maintaining, and reporting P&L results
  • Experience as finance business partner to senior leadership
  • Experience managing teams

Nice to have

  • Experience in consulting or accounting firm
