What you will do

  • Lead the development and execution of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the FP&A team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide financial insights and reporting directly to the CFO and board to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to forecast ARR and perform variance analysis.
  • Build and enhance financial models to evaluate business scenarios, investments, and partnerships.
  • Drive process automation and efficiency in financial reporting and close processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of progressive finance experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial systems (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, NetSuite).
  • Must be based in the United States.
